Stremio Lite now supports MacOS as a native app and can be installed from the MacOS App Store. It supports Apple native features such as Handoff and movie/tv show artwork in Control Center. Unlike the iOS app running on macOS, it supports Intel processors also, proper UI size, hiding cursor when playing a video and the app is adapted to macOS’s windowing style.
Compared to the “Stremio” MacOS app, the “Stremio Lite” app does not include a streaming server, so it is not possible to play torrents or usenet streams without first connecting it to the Stremio Service app.
