We just release hotfixes for the Desktop and Android TV apps. Let’s see what changed!
Desktop
- Fixed the UI for El Capitan / Sierra / some older Linux versions (it was previously showing a broken UI due to these old OS versions using an older version of the app)
Android TV
- Fixed details view not loading for movies from some 3rd party addons
- Fixed the “Details” button not working from the context menu (after long pressing on poster from continue watching)
- Other minor fixes
The apps are expected to automatically update for all users within 24h, if you wish to download the apps in advance, you can use this link that will bypass the website’s cache.
on the macOS Ventura system, the Stremio window opens the screen disproportionately
A fix for this that I’ve found on Windows is right clicking Stremio and opening it’s properties and setting it’s window opening setting to “maximized” so it fits it to the screen automatically. It’s possible there’s a way to do this on Mac, I’m just not sure how.
Well done everyone and Merry Christmas from joe
Last version on Linux Mint doesn’t show add-ons anymore, even though they’re installed. It worked until yesterday.
ensure they are installed by checking your installed addons in the app, if they are then maybe your ISP is blocking domains without your consent? you could try changing the DNS of the device to Cloudflare or Google DNS (google how to do it for your device)
Please fix the Google store Arm64 apk for Android TV. It’s the Android app, not the Android TV app.
Hello, I can’t login with the QR code on my Television.
Is this normal?
