We just released a new version of Stremio v5 for Windows, and updated Stremio Web, let’s see what changed!
Stremio v5 shell:
- Fixed update check and procedure
- Fixed sending visibility events when window is shown / hidden
- Added “quit on close” setting
Stremio Web (which is also the UI for Stremio v5):
- Prevent navigation bar icons from being cropped on mobile
- Subtitles settings is now scrollable for mobile
- Replaced toggles with checkbox for consent settings on intro page
- Fixed items scroll in view to ensure borders remain visible for calendar
- Improved Seek Bar Contrast for Better Visibility
- Ensure user panel is visible when the server warning is not dismissed
- Added audio boost control
- Removed transition on outline when hovered/focused for checkboxes
- Fixed placeholder responsiveness for calendar
- Updated placeholders for library
- Improved layout responsiveness on smaller screens for intro page
- Fixed iPad Safari styles for calendar
- Fixed a bug in calendar that would open the bottom sheet on screen rotation
- Added “mark season as watched” option
- Added “quit on close” setting (Stremio v5 specific)
- Show catalog names while loading catalogs on board / search pages
The updates are currently rolling out and may still take up to 24h to be propagated to all users.
