We updated the Stremio Android TV app (v1.8.1) to fix an issue with some Android vendors where users could not log in or see posters, but instead would see an error saying “Failed to create cache directory for temporary files”
As we have changed the cache directory to solve this issue, all users would need to log in again after updating and the local app settings will also reset.
For those that do not use Google Play, you can download the new version from this download link until the website cache expires.
