Update: a new version (v1.4.20) was released with more HDR improvements, you can read about it here.
This was an Android only update (v1.4.15), and it includes one of the most anticipated features: HDR support on Android!
Other changes included in this release:
– New hardware-accelerated decoding settings: Automatic, Decoding Acceleration (we recommend that users try changing the hardware-accelerated decoding settings if they encounter issues with playback)
– Fixed a bug where users could not download subtitles anymore after receiving the error: “Database or disk is full (code 13 SQLITE-FULL)”
– Fixed an issue where the Facebook (Meta) login would not work properly for some users
